The NetOffer System is designed as a Business Community Building and Digital Marketing tool. Do not let that confuse you.
As a Veteran you need to think of yourself as a Business. You are ‘selling’ the skills and experience that you have acquired in the US Armed Forces. You have a lot of skills to sell. We can help you refine how you promote yourself.
The ‘What We Sell’ profile is an important part of how you use our system. Each ‘skill’ that you have developed needs to be presented as if it were being offered to a business employer.
Make a Complete List of EVERY skill you have and list each one of those skills in the What We Sell section. This will help Employers looking for those skills find you.
For Employers:

While the NetOffer System is designed as a Business Community Building and Digital Marketing tool it is also perfectly suited to helping Employers find Veterans to hire.
We ask Veterans to act like small business owners with skills to sell. We ask them to complete the Business profile and describe their skills. This acts like a sort of Resume that you can search.
Employers can use the ‘Marketplace Search’ tools to look for Veterans who have the skills that they are seeking. While not designed as a Jobs Board this system is more powerful than most jobs boards and there is no cost to use it.
Employers will need to Register and create an account on the NetOffer System. Follow the same steps as for Veterans. Tell the system about your company. The NetOffer system can also help Employers find clients and vendors in addition to employees.
